Pollie & Garry Uttley produce richly patterned & textured bowls and wall panels inspired by the tribal textiles of India. Decorative effects are produced by applying, impressing and screen printing onto the white earthenware clay, which is then glazed and often lustred. Both the screen printed patchwork bowls and the Raku fired panels are new additions to their range. Garry has recently developed a range of honey glazed bowls inspired by the metallic threads of the `Zari` work textiles.
