Verina Warren draws on aspects of nature, stylising images and finding patterns within landscape. Working on natural silks, she paints with silk dyes and textile paints, adding machine and hand stitching, often enhanced with additional dyes, to create depth and intensity of colour. Verina has exhibited in the UK, USA, Australia and Japan, and has work in public and private collections aroundthe world. She has lectured
in the UK and USA and is the authorof Landscape in Embroidery.
