Royce Wood Studio is located in the historic Amber Mill at Toadhole Furnace between Matlock and Alfreton. The Company produces a unique collection of handmade tiles and ceramic art, the latter inspired by the works of Kandinsky, Klee and Gaudi. Each piece is glazed in several different colours to create tonal variations so no two are alike. Royce Wood also undertakes commissions. The Studio has created special pieces for the Royal Academy, Granda Studios and Westminster Abbey.
